Mobile Monitoring Tool app for iPhone and iPad

The Mobile Monitoring Tool (MMT) is an app allowing the registered clients of the CTG Delivery Centre – Business and Operational Support (DC-BOS) to have a real time view of the Key Performance Indicators regarding the services delivered.

CTGs DC-BOS is an IT, technical and functional Service Desk that operates up to 24/7/365 in 5 languages (EN - NL - FR - LU - GE).

This service is compliant for the Luxembourgish financial sector and supports more than 30 clients with users in 45 countries.

Thanks to the MMT, IT managers can monitor in real time important service desk-related KPIs such as the volumes, answering speed, service desk staffing, etc.
